We specialise in all aspects of building works, e.g. building extensions, conversions and renovations. We are based in Basingstoke but serve areas across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and beyond.
All building services works are project managed in full from start to finish, working closely with the client to achieve a fantastic end finished product using skilled tradesmen in all areas.
We also specialise in other building works, e.g. electrical, plumbing and heating, decorating, garden landscaping and patios.

Why we chose to start a building company
After many years of working in the building services trade in the Basingstoke area, I started to notice clients were often very unhappy with general builders and building services companies. I then realised why - Badly priced building works and badly managed projects! This is why we are always trying to simplify and improve our services. Being a qualified and experienced electrical services engineer and working on numerous building contracts for other service companies, it became a logical progression to expand my business and offer general building services throughout the Basingstoke and Hampshire area. Today, we have a wide range of experience in all areas of the building services industry and have many happy customers throughout Hampshire and Basingstoke where we live. We like to provide a detailed quotation for all works but we can also offer estimates when more appropriate.
We like to break down each stage of the work in our quotations so you, the client, can see where your money is being spent. If necessary we can work with you to tailor the pricing to accommodate your budget.
Prior to commencing building works it is necessary to sign agreed terms of contract so that we both fully understand what works are to be carried out for what amounts and when payments are due, etc.
Trades men
As a small building company we do not employ lots of full time tradesmen, we prefer to sub contract work to specialised, trusted workmen e.g. plumbers, plasterers and brick-layers. We only use people that we have known for years and trust, even using them on our own investment property projects. If they are not good enough to work on our own projects then we would certainly not let them work on yours. All our tradesmen are local to Basingstoke area.
As you can see from the building works on our website there are many photos and testimonials of works that we have already carried out. Some of these photographs are work we have done for friends and friends of family in Basingstoke and some are from new clients who learned about us from referrals. We started off with word of mouth work and then put a small advert in the local Basingstoke paper and our reputation and our business have grown from there. Today Basingstoke, tomorrow the world, well perhaps North Hampshire for starters....
